What Supplements Do You Take?
I want people's opinion on this. I've had success with some supplements, but others have been completely worthless. I'm looking to find a reliable group of supplements to enhance my workouts. What supplements do you take, and what has worked for you. Also, has anyone heard of MMA Fighter's Fuel?A couple people at the gym where I train have mentioned it and said they had some good results with it. I'm considering buying it, but I want some other opinions first.
