Default Kimbo Slice vs Roy Nelson Results

Well I would have to say we were all looking forward to this fight and it was very nice that it was free on spike tv. For those that did not watch it yet i am not sure if its even worth catching the replay on. Round 1 took a few minutes to actually get going Kimbo hit Nelson with a few shots to the face and you could tell Nelson wanted no part of his stand up game. At that point he finally after about 1.30 seconds tied up with kimbo tripped him up and litterally landed his over sized body on slice who hates the ground game and we are with him on that. I was very suprised this was not stood back up several times we believe if this was a $49.99 pay per view on TV that would have happenend. Round 1 ends up with Nelson laying on top of Slice hitting him in the top of th head with shots your grandma could throw harder.

Round 2: Kimbo comes out and lands again on Nelsons face daizing him It looked for a few seconds as everyone knows his power. Kimbo through a knee while moving backwards and Nelson fell on top of him almost Kimbo doing it to himself at that point he then again layed on him and hit him with I would say the weakest baby shots to the head you would ever see in any weight class. Even Dana White commented on the terrible performance of Nelson. This fight was stopped almost due to Kimbo just being under him and not being able to toss him off. Kimbo was not daized nor hurt at any time just wanted to fight a guy that wanted to lay on him. I do not believe those shots on the ground could have hurt anyone fighter or not just Kimbo could not respond due to how Nelson had his armed pinned down.

I hope Kimbo returns stronger maybe next week being a replacement as for Nelson i would say improve or no one will pay to see that kind of fight at least we wouldnt over here and there was about 10 of us who have all watched this since day 1 in 1993 UFC 1. Everyone says Nelson is great however how is he going to last a minute with Brock Lesnar fighting like that he got lucky he won on the show.
